Mindful Arts Café is back!
Come and take part in our regular arts class in the downstairs area at the Culture Palace with Art Stop. There will be amazing easy to follow and therapeutic art activities, allowing you to spend an hour immersed in your thoughts and the process of making in a relaxed environment.
All materials will be provided, different themes each session! Suitable for anyone over 16, delivered by local artist Lisa Howes.
- Monday 9th May: Klimt black and gold collage
- Monday 23rd May: Iris folding
- Monday 6th June: Fabric houses
- Monday 20th June: Hibiscus papercraft
- Monday 4th July: Cross stitch on paper
- Monday 18th July: Paul Klee letter art
- Monday 1st August: Magazine strip silhouette
- Monday 15th August: Mystery drawing
Tickets: £8 each. From 9th May, ticket prices will increase from £6 to £8 in order to cover material costs
